Legislation Are In Accordance With Teachings Of Islam

It is said that most of the Quran’s legislation are in accordance to the circumstances. Which are not said to be applicable in all the fields universally? This is the reason the most of the Muslims living in the western world are ok with constitution and laws on them by the non Muslim governments. Whereas some of the conservative Muslims do not agree with this and think that a slight deviation is a sinful act. There are Muslim who have succeeded to achieve the goal of the achievement of the goal of fighting against the legislations against Islam. So where does the conflict arise?

We can see an over whelming success of the Muslims who have stood against what is wrong. So where does the problem exist? the problem exists where Muslims divide. The hearts and the minds of the people covered with the dust of unfaithful behaviors toward the surrender of the soul to his Allah have made the Muslim community weak. This is based on the weak faith, hypocrite minds and forgetful thoughts of the mankind. Reading Holy Quran could have been beneficial but they don’t even want to get help from it. How can a stem be strong if it is not getting adequate food from the bark? If social practices can take over the religious practices they why the religious practices are so weak that there is no resistance against evil at all.

Talaq-i-Bid'ah

Talaq-i-bid’ah means sinful form of Divorce. It is described that the divorce which is spoken thrice in one sitting, i.e. when the man says “I Divorce you, I Divorce you, I Divorce you”. According to hanfi’s when a triple divorce is taking place wife will become totally separated from husband’s life. She becomes Haram for him. He can only marry her, only if she becomes a widow or marries someone else and then that person divorced her.

In Quran it is described as “O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: Andfear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they(themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness,those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah,does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah willbring about thereafter some new situation.”

At another place it is described as “Such of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the prescribed period, if ye have any doubts, is three months, andfor those who have no courses (it is the same): for those who carry (lifewithin their wombs), their period is until they deliver their burdens: and for those who fear Allah, He will make their path easy.”

This is a command of Allah sent to Muslims, so as Quran Teaching is the biggest source of guideline for us to perform in world, we must follow the instructions that are told by Allah.
